Originally I had planned just to have a supporting wall removed between the lounge and kitchen. I was very pleased with the workmanship, and went on to have a new kitchen fitted and a bathroom too. The builders, Andy, Darryl and Steve, carried out the work to a very high standard and arrived on-time every day. They are good humoured, and trustworthy. They even made a small entrance for my Lizard to live, under the kitchen unit. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone, in fact my Mother is also intending to have her kitchen fitted too.

We are very pleased with our new lounge and groove plywood floor and skirting boards. We also had some new doors fitted, a loft ladder installed and a broken floor tile in the en-suite replaced.

We had Andy, Daryl and Stephen build a rear extension for us after a recommendation from a friend. They were excellent and I have already recommended them on too. They stuck to their quote and finished in good time to a high standard.

Andrew and the team did an excellent job. Their knowledge and skills gave great confidence in being left to work independently, always making the right decision for me and not just the easy option for the builder. They kept me fully informed of what was happening and when. Always arrived and did the work when they say they would. I would have no hesitation in using them again for any aspect of building work, and therefore completely recommend them to anyone.

Andy’s small family run business certainly wasn’t phased by the task of rejuvenating an 80’s detached house bathroom and install brand new kitchen. They even blocked up and plastered a doorway to create a more private dining area. They suggested adding some bifold doors onto the patio which also added light to the area. Very pleased with the finished works. Always on time with a smile “cando” attitude.

Excellent job, Andy and Darryl did a full inspection before quoting, after re-pointing and fixing the Chimney they advised and inspected what was required for the log burner. Darryl did a great job of advising and fitting the correct rating stove for the room size including carbon monoxide alarm. Am super pleased with the result and quality of the work.

Would use A&D Sturt Building Services again, they are approachable and helpful, and felt very comfortable with them being in our house and even went on holiday for a week during the build. We've had a few snags since they've finished, and they've been quick to rectify them.
