Mrs Sally Burton & Mr John Kendal. We brought our property on a Buy to Let with a local agent in the Thurrock area and we wanted to carry out some repairs with the electrics and plumbing as knew they needed doing. A local Estate Agent passed me a card for A & E Construction Limited who had told me that they were very good and really good value for money. I called as soon as I completed on the house and called A & E and they came round the same day and explained exactly what needed to be carried out to meet regulations and also they advised me and explained clearly what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. We also wanted to change the kitchen so they priced very fairly compared to any other builder we have used and the kitchen was amazing. They had a range of quality kitchen and colors to tailor everyone tastes and the quality was overwhelming. We saved a lot of time and money and now we can start renting our investment out safely with a peace of mind

After being messed around by several other builders, a friend recommended A&E construction to fit my new kitchen. They were extremely helpful from start to finish, with a quick and affordable to quote right through to completion. The kitchen was completed to a fantastic standard in a short time frame. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate A & E Construction Limited for all of their hard work that they have put in to my Estate Agency office and my properties that have been let out. They have been extremely reliable and always stuck with the price as first quoted and the time frame they set themselves even though sometimes it seemed unrealistic but its fair to say that they pride themselves on a 100% customer satisfaction and offer a very transparent service.
