Great service! Company was extremely helpful and repaired our broken washer/dryer seal the next day. Neil is very knowledgeable and totally re-educated us on the correct way to use our washing machine i.e using the right setting and temperatures to eliminate bacteria, e-coli and smells. We would definitely use A&E again, without question! My machine works better now than it did before!

These guys really know their stuff. I spoke to Paul initially who was really helpful knowledgeable & reassuring. Neil arrived bang on time the next morning & quickly identified the problem & explained how it could be fixed what it would cost & how long it would take. He was personable cheerful & efficient. My old faithful Bosch is now back in working order. I was very impressed by the service & advice. I will be more than happy to recommend the company & use them again. Many many thanks.

I called A&E Repairs yesterday evening and explained what was wrong with my washing machine. I was told they would call next day to have a look but couldn't give me an exact time. However, Neil arrived soon after 9 and having looked at the machine told me the element had gone but it was worth repairing. He explained what had caused the problem and promptly replaced the element. Not only did Neil offer an excellent service, he completed the job very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Had an incompetent engineer from Seaford to repair our washer/dryer. 3 visits in 8 days - still not working - it wasn't what he thought was wrong. Contacted A&E who came round next day. Neil, friendly, knowledgeable guy, diagnosed the fault (correctly), went off to get parts, returned in 2 hours and we now have a working machine. I'm so impressed.

Rude, aggressive attitude and poor and unreliable service and I can punctuat several reasons. Had the same problem within a month with the door handle and the tumble drier dries hardly any better! Also a complete rip off!!! Charged £148 when as the guys who just come to sort his problem charged £40!!! , rude about giving a time frame, so had no idea when to walk the dog and kept saying he can’t understand or hear over the phone when I know the line was absolutely fine. Also he could’t find the papers, kept insisting he knows better because he is an inginear and comparing in a rude tone etc etc.

Just an amazing service. I can't thank Neil enough, 1 day before we went on holiday we had a leak from our machine (utility room upstairs so leak coming through the kitchen). He came out to save us on Friday night at 7pm! So impressed. Friendly, efficient and value for money. He worked out the issue and fixed with no problems. I can't remember having such amazing customer service. Just excellent. Highly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air to find someone both knowledgeable and personable in this minefield of so called professional washing machine repairs.
We asked Neil to give us his opinion on our 10 year old MIELE Pro 6 , after we were quoted the previous day by another company suggesting the repair would cost just over £1,300.00 ( inc VAT)
Yup, this is not a typo!
He explained the bearings had gone, and gave us an indicative cost for repair, 1/3rd of the cost of the other company, but more honestly, suggested we should bite the bullet and go for a new one.
To none of his gain, he helped us select a new machine that met our requirements. No reflection on the MIELE product, as the new one is going to be fitted on Monday.( we could have bought two?)
We would highly recommend A+E , and firmly believe they should be your first point of call if you have a problem.

I would not use this company again.
The tumble dryer drum wasn't turning, it was repaired after being told it would last forever as it was a good machine. I was also asked a few times if I wanted to "check with my husband" as to whether the cost was ok!
Within two weeks the dryer wasn't heating. I called A+E back and took the morning off of work, they didn't turn up.
An hour after returning back at work they called and asked if I could come back. There was no call to say they would be late.
Another repair company has since been called for them to tell me that the machine was very worn and it would be far less expensive for me to buy a new one.
Thank you A+E for taking £120 plus the lost salary for the morning I waited in for you.
I will now buy a new machine that you could have easily and morally advised me to do in the first place.

Neil was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. And most importantly got our washing machine running again. Sorted the fault, took the time to level it, also sorted out a small leak for no charge and gave me loads of advice on avoiding future problems. Brilliant service and machine is still running really well a few weeks later. Would recommend and will use again if any other appliances cause trouble.

We have been working with this company for years, as we still wanted to continue to use local and independent suppliers.I called them today,when they told me they may not come until tomorrow, I asked if they could kindly recommend any other washing machine repair services-This was clearly a BIG mistake. They guy, then got very angry on the phone saying "Well why don't you just try the Yellow Pages" He was getting so angry and aggressive on the phone I had to ask him to calm down in front guests.I then said that if he could let me know when he could or could not make it then I can reschedule with someone else (giving him the chance first) He then said “Why don’t you ring Hoover they will cost you £110” then HUNG UP on me. I was utterly shocked at this reaction from a company which I have spent £150 on each time they have came out (even for 5 mins they charge this amount still). We have spent Hundreds on their company to be talked to like that and hung up on is sad and disgusting.

Do not use if you are old. Kept my patents waiting for weeks
This company have been completely disrespectful to my parents. They have repeatedly ignored their calls. I called on my mobile and they answer straight away. They did not order the parts they promised to fix their washing machine. The cost of the second repair would have meant they could have bought a new washing machine! It is awful that a company abuses old people like this. They deserve the utmost respect like all old people.

Unfortunately for me I have had to call A&E a couple of times due to inheriting a faulty washing machine, but fortunately for me A&E were incredibly fast to call out, reasonably priced, gave me great advice without being patronising and when they had to write off my machine - they told me where to go and get a new one for a significant discount, free installation and delivery. Phenomenal service, these guys go the extra mile for you and I cannot thank them enough for their advice and work.

Phoned Neil late Friday to report broken washing machine at one of my tenants flats. Neil arranged direct with tenant a convenient time to repair the machine. Job completed Saturday lunchtime !
All damage, necessary repairs and cost were all clearly explained by Neil.
Follow up call made by Neil after machine was back in working order (with a years guarantee on parts used).
Very reasonable charge and total commitment to excellent service by him.
Will not hesitate to recommend.
