Sarah and the girls were amazing. I got my wedding dress from here having been to some other wedding shops where they were snooty and pushy. I'm a bigger girl so was a bit reluctant to go wedding dress shopping as I thought I wouldn't be able to find anything - how wrong I was !
They had a large selection of plus size wedding dresses and I managed to get one in their sample sale with about £600 off the recommended price.

We had my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, men’s suits and various other items from A-Z. Kate is absolutely amazing. She made the experience so special. The alterations team are great too.

1. They sent a shirt 3 times bigger than what was asked, so my best man then has to go and buy himself another. 2. My page boys suit was far too long 3. My usher had holes at the bottom of his suit trousers 4. My other usher was meant to have his waist coat extended, this was never done.
So today we have gone down to try and speak to the woman and find out what was going on & to return the suits. Spoke to JAN in store about this to which we received nothing but attitude. She said everything that we asked of them they did. Which I strongly disagree! The page boys trousers were too long because 'apparently' he undone the stitches himself when he put them on. If that is the case put stronger stitches in when you know a 4 year old is going to be wearing it! When I asked her name, as I was appalled the way she spoke to me she was reluctant to tell me, although she did in the end.
