I placed an order 12 days ago and still havent received my item!
Ive sent several emails but havent received any reply.
Luckily i paid using my credit card so contacted my card company. They are going to reimburse me and chase the company for payment.
PLEASE do not use this company.

I ordered some wine, they took my money, did not supply the goods, won't return my money!
Placed an order with them 19 days ago (2nd December) so long before any Christmas rush.
My expected delivery date was 6-10 December, 15th December arrived still nothing so I contacted them and they explained they were having problems with their courier and had worked out with them that I would recive my item within 72 hours, so 3 days.
5 days later still nothing, so i contacted them again saying that I would like a refund now as I could no longer use the items for a Christmas present. My reply was an apology but it had been broken in transit (well why did I have to contact them to get that answer?) and they could send a replacement straight to the intended recipient.
There is no excuse for this poor service, 11 days after latest expected delivery is appalling. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they explained what had happened but to confirm that it would definitely be with me in 72 hours then tell me 120 hours later after I contacted them that it was broken is just terrible. 4 days before Christmas and I can no longer get a present for the person as I need to send it on to them. Never had this treatment from any other service on amazon.
I urge people to not buy with them, cannot express enough their false promises, I wouldn't be surprised if it had been broken in transit all along.
Terrible. No product, not able to contact, no refund. Many people have been conned by this company. Do not let yourself be one of them.
drinks arrived earlier than expected and well packed. smooth transaction.
Ordered on a sunday....had to ring thursday to see where the order was...they hadn't even sent it out....Finally received it friday...only to find that the they had put an alternative item in (presumably because they didn't have what I actually ordered).
Having arranged for them to pick up the incorrect delivery I now cannot get hold of them to confirm the refund.
Have rang and rang.....finaly I left a message.....have emailed as well.
After some reserach this is not a big company at all...they are VERY POOR at customer service.....PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS obviously left by friends and family.
