Very quick service and well packaged.
I ordered a house name, which ended up having to go on the outside of the door as i had apparently ordered the wrong product. I emailed them, and to cut a long story short, despite initially agreeing that it had been printed incorrectly and having spoken to them at the time of ordering the house name, they say it's my fault - I don't think the website is clear with regard to house names, rather than numbers. Regardless of this, there is such a thing as customer service, which generally includes not being rude to said customers. During my discussion with Customer Services I said that I wasn't annoyed with the person on the phone but I was annoyed, to which she replied that I was only annoyed because I wasn't getting my own way! At no point was I rude, nor did I raise my voice and certainly don't expect to be spoken to as if I'm a 5 year old! Well now I am annoyed! I suggest Tracey from Customer Services should be sent on a Customer Service course!
Arrived quickly but poorly cut from the roll considering there are lines to follow. Mine deviated by some 15mm.

Highly Recommend, great product and super easy to use
Had asked for the birds motif to be a third down from the top but it was a third from the bottom. Not too serious a mistake but not what was asked for. Although it came nicely rolled in a tube there was a kink half way down and a bit of damage to the backing. We fitted it to the window today and the kink and damage shows. We haven't yet removed the backing from the bird motif as we're waiting 24 hours as recommended. We're, obviously, easily pleased as some people might have returned the film, and we hate complaining. But it was quite expensive, so, yes, a bit disappointing.
