We had to reschedule the initial appointment due to late arrival of engineer and our other commitments. This was dealt with in a pleasant and efficient way. Disappointing service. Having previously had 2 alarms installed by Ace we used them for our upgrade. It was a disaster. They installed a second hand faulty panel by mistake that went off when set at all hours of day and night. They then wanted to charge us to rectify the problem! And demanded to be paid before the alarm was functioning.
The work was not easy to start with as the information the technician required wasn't available to hand so it meant it was a difficult start for him, however he was patient and helpful and made the transitition to the new system seamless and has now helped ensure that all the new information is all ready and to hand if ever needed again. The office staff have been incredibly helpful as well as this was a short notice take over of the new systems.
