Brilliant trip, excellent tuition and safety considerations before the trip and a lovely part of the river
They were great, we were complete beginners & we were well looked after, with good humour!
Really nice day out ! James was a friendly and great teacher, the equipment was good quality and the views were really nice !

Overall a good experience. However while the initial training on land was good it would have been good to have some on the water as well. To pay so much for a first session is excessive if it’s not a lesson.
It's a very fun activity to do in group

Wonderful experience paddling along Thames river, trainers look very close eye on each one of us. I will definitely come back again !
My second trip out with Active360 after doing the Intro lesson at Paddington Basin. This time we went from Kew to Richmond, out with the tide then had a nice break waiting for the tide to turn then back to Kew Bridges. This stretch of the Thames is so beautiful. Lou came prepared with snacks and drinks for the break, although some headed for a quick half in the pub. There were four in the Active360 team out with 17 of us, so lots of advice available if you wanted it and everyone was very friendly. I'll definitely be back to do more trips with them, as a returning paddler the price is great, it is fantastic exercise but most of all it's great fun!

I thought it was excellent, from booking to delivery of the experience. Our instructor was lovely and supportive. Great fun and a great way to enjoy London.

I really enjoyed the trip from Kew Gardens to Richmond, was a really beautiful and scenic part of the river. The staff could have helped us better to choose a board as there were unexperienced people (like myself) on the hardest boards from what I had learnt in my first session in Paddington. Thing I didn't enjoy is there were too many people for the trip, everyone was bumping into each other, I realize you make more money this way but maybe split us up or limit the group size?

Good ratio of instructors to novices, they shepherded us up the river with the tide and back again. They calmly sorted out problems as individuals went astray or started to get anxious
