When I first phoned Adapt UK, my call was answered by a very polite, courteous and helpful chap. I was booked onto a course with ease. My payment was taken over the phone there and then and it was a very reasonable and competitive price.
When I arrived, everybody I spoke too was friendly and informative on how and where to sign myself in.
Tea and coffee on demand and a good choice of free lunch was a nice touch too.
It was a case of so far so good.
