Easy to use web site, value for money policy, with extras that other insurers want you to pay more for. When I phoned up my current insurers, whose policy was nearly £400 to renew, even dropping it by nearly £200, when I told them I was leaving, still didnt match my new policy with Age Co.

get your facts right. Very disappointed to receive a letter on day insurance was due to commence asking for a further £240+ as you state I omitted to inform you of a claim I had made in 2017. If you check your records you will see that I did notify you of this and, in fact, you included this when sending me the policy documents. I therefore immediately cancelled the policy and am awaiting a refund of the premium I paid you.
