We did the 6-day trek on the Machame route with Chief Tours. There were 14 of us in our group and all 14 summitted! The guides were phenomenal - providing support every step of the way, setting a pole pole pace that enabled us all to make it to the top, and providing history and geographic information along the way. The trip exceeded every expectation we had. The porters had our tents and bags delivered to each camp site before we arrived and would sing with us in the mornings before we set off. After we summitted, they provided congratulations and high fives. The chefs and waiters prepared fantastic warm meals daily giving us the strength and energy we needed for each day's hike. Adidas's customer service was timely, informative, and warm - addressing every question and concern we had. I cannot recommend this company more highly.
