Very prompt and helpful response to initial email query regarding key replacement (on a Sunday!). Efficient arrangements subsequently made for providing what appears to be a genuine Audi remote key replacement. Expensive but much less than quoted by Audi.

Our experience with Car Keys Solutions was that when our car key broke during an important occasion and we needed the key to be fixed at once, their engineer arrived quickly and politely resolved the problem promptly. The problem was the eye-watering cost which wa £550 for a repair and a new key when I was under the impression I had been quoted considerably less. We were in a desperate situation and normal garage could not offer such a rapid service. The engineer apologised for the high price but said that it was not his choice. It was set by his boss. I would not use them again because of the cost.

Easy to book. Perfect result. Good value (£120).
I often wonder whether these reviews are real - this one is (I did take a photo to add but can't) . The booking process was easy. I received a call back shortly after saying that the previous job was taking longer than expected and asking to slip. The technician turned up on the dot. Clearly a job that takes some skill, it took about 45 min to figure out the lock and cut the blank. Very impressed.

Excellent service from initial enquiry through to completion of the job. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional, applying his expertise to my rather complicated key fob problems without stress or bother. He just got on with the job, kept me updated and I was soon back behind the wheel. This was my second time using CKS and would certainly use them again. Fair pricing and great service!

Excellent service, my car was proving problematic re programming, the engineers stayed well over their finish times, I think it was close to 10pm, having been on site since 12.30pm, persevering and reassuring me they weren’t going to give up. They were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend. Have added them to my contacts, just in case.

I needed a duplicate key cut for a 2015 Porsche Cayenne. The locksmith arrived on time and was pleasant. He produced the duplicate key after about 2 hours but was not able to cancel the lost key which was half the reason I wanted it done. He said he had not worked on a Cayenne as recent as mine before. Usually the coding could be done via diagnostic software but on mine (being recent) he had to do some jiggery pokery with a circuit board. So I have mixed feelings - glad I’ve got a spare key but wish I had gone to Porsche and got it done properly.

Excellent service. needed another car key as I lost mine, they came the same day even though it was not urgent,
urgent. fast efficient, gave me a key fob with a coded number so if I lose my key again and someone finds it they can ring the number and I will get my key back. Very happy with this service.

Wonderful customer service. There may possibly be cheaper solutions or providers, however when you are in an “emergency” situation and need to get remote and key supplied quickly Car Key Solutions are definitely the company to call. Thank you for your assistance and speed of resolving my problem."

Unbelievable service . The guy came out and did the key before I'd even got back to my vehicle. When I arrived he had finished it and even jump started my van.
Nice pleasant genuine people to deal with. The price they quoted over the phone was the price that I paid for the keys.

Amazing service from start to finish. Customer service advisor, Nick, was friendly, informative and professional. He accommodated our needs even though they were very busy.

With my master car key fob breaking soon before wanting to drive away on holiday I could not rely on only the spare key . Desperate for a repair/replacement asap. I found Car Keys Solutions online. Their Website contained many highly rated reviews and offered a 7 day a week service which is why I contacted them. I was therefore pleased that I was able to book a next day appointment for a technician to come to my house even though it would be on a sunday and I thought it might be beyond the Finchley catchment area, living in Bucks. I was given a very tight window for the timing of the visit which was convenient. The downside of the experience was that things did begin to run very late. However, I did get a courtesy call to explain the delay and given a new expected arrival time. The Technician himself was very efficient and I had a brand new key cut and programmed very quickly.Everything was doubled checked for working order before he left. The quote price was also adhered to. Thankyou

Using same techniques as far as I could ascertain by the previous locksmith ( who failed ) door opened in a few minutes Although service was 4 hours late was kept informed regularly on vsit status by central office. Also suggested that problem may be patially due to a mechanical problem

Wow, wow, wow! The guys at Car key Solutions were nothing short of amazing. They got me out of a difficult situation in the space of a few hours, were incredibly polite, helpful and friendly and also kept me informed by phone as well as in person at the road side. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Also - much cheaper than the dealer rates who charge a fortune. I saved almost £500 by using Car Key Solutions rather than a specialist Volkswagen dealer. The best car service that I received in 20 years since I m driving!! Starting with Nick the guy who picked up the phone and had lots of patience and determination in solving my problem ASAP and Andrei who did what other technicians couldn’t do in 5 hours he finished in 30 minutes!!!
