We took delivery of our fantastic 4500 series from h2o last week. After 1 week of use, we absolutely love it. Cannot fault the service, the knowledge and the friendliness of the team, both sales and delivery guys were really really good. The tub itself is really good quality, very easy to use and powerful. Heats up fast and is a real joy to use.

Excellent service and a beautiful hot tub. It's got all the bells and whistles and is surprisingly easy to use. The team that delivered toiled and worked hard in the rain so we gave them plenty of coffee and tea and they never once complained. Thanks so much!

We plumped for the 500 series because we are downsizing and its only me and my partner now. Was asked to leave a review and happy to, the service was great and the hot tub is really lovely, looks wonderful and seems cheap to run which is a plus!

Had our hot tub delivered a couple of days ago and I wanted to report on the experience because the H2O team asked for a review. I was only too happy, their expertise and knowledge is fantastic, the customer service side of things really is top drawer and my husband and I couldn't ask for more from a company when buying a luxury product that we really didn't know much about...
the hot tub arrived quickly and it looks amazing, we've been in it twice now and the pumps are so powerful, the jet massage on your back and shoulders is just heavenly.
Recommended to anybody looking for a hot tub!!!

Short story.. we looked at getting a hot tub last year but the company we were ready to order from went bust all of a sudden! We were a bit put off and didn't have time to start the search again so left it. Then after xmas we started again, saw an ad for h2o hot tubs and checked them out. Had a few convos with them and went to visit them in nottingham at the showroom, got to see the tub we wanted and even changed our colour choice to the amazing mayan copper which is a sort of caramel colour. Looks amazing in the garden, getting a pergola for it in the next few weeks.
Would easily recommend the h2o people to anybody looking for a hot tub, every part of the process was easy and stress free and the hot tub itself is a beautiful thing, which is super easy to use.

Wonderful experience from start to finish.
From first speaking to the team a few months ago to finally getting the hot tub installed, we had a great experience with a very friendly team of people. Lots of advice and lots of answers to our many questions!
Delivery was simple and they did the full installation quickly and with no fuss. Hot tub is very easy to use and we can't wait to use it more over the winter.
